ABOUT ME

My Story

For as long as I can remember, I have always loved diving under the surface of things to explore how we came to be, how we grow, and for what purpose. I have been a psychotherapist for over a decade now. Through the course of my clinical work, I have witnessed many people, just like you, overcoming obstacles and challenges they previously thought to be insurmountable. My private practice is the joy of my professional life and it comes from the heart.

Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I worked for 20 years in the field of people development within an international, corporate environment - giving me first-hand experience of the challenges the modern-day working world can bring.

Qualifications

I hold a 4-year Post-Graduate Diploma in Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapy from the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in Little Venice, London. There, I received extensive training in the four main psychotherapy disciplines (Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Existential and Tranpsersonal), along with mind-body skills, therapeutic creative arts, guided imagery, breathing techniques and meditation (to name a few). Prior to my Diploma, I completed a one-year Certificate in Foundations of Integrative Transpersonal Counselling and Psychotherapy (CCPE).

Experience

At the start of my clinical career, I spent several years as a member of the

Psychotherapy Team at the Chiltern Pastoral Foundation in Chesham,

Bucks, a charity-funded counselling agency. In 2016, I founded my private practiceFor a further 4 years, I worked as a psychotherapist with the Chiltern Counsellors Network (CCN), offering in-person therapeutic services to individual adults across the Chilterns region.

In March 2020, I evolved my clinical practice into a full online psychotherapy business, enabling me to extend my geographical reach throughout the UK. At the beginning of 2025, I expanded my practice to include a West London Therapy Clinic (Little Venice, W2). From there, I offer in-person sessions every Friday between 12pm to 4pm.

Further Training

I frequently attend a variety of workshops and seminars to expand my professional skills and knowledge. Other than being endlessly fascinated with all things 'psychotherapy', I continue to deepen my clinical knowledge to ensure that my clients are given the best therapy that I can provide. I am trauma-informed.

I also hold an up-to-date DBS for your peace of mind and safety.
