My role as a Psychotherapist is to create a therapeutic relationship that you can use for your own personal growth.
I make time to really get to know you - holding space for your story and hope for your healing. I'm committed to listening deeply to you and all of your challenges, helping you to uncover the root of your struggles so that you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

With over a decade of therapeutic experience, I practice a type of therapy called Integrative Psychotherapy.

This means I consider our work together through the lens of good, solid, evidence-informed psychotherapy, interwoven with holistic wellness principles and mind-body practices.

I wholeheartedly believe that everyone has the potential to heal and grow, regardless of their past experiences or present difficulties.

And when you have the guidance of a trained professional who really sees you and understands the map of what you're going through, you can get yourself moving in the direction you want to go.

What can therapy help with?
You may be seeking psychotherapy or counselling with a specific goal in mind or prefer to take a more exploratory approach. You might choose to revisit past events or to focus on what is happening in your life currently. For many of those with whom I work, sessions involve a combination of these activities. The important thing is not when something happened to you, but how you feel about it now.
